The Minster

I may have mentioned it before, but these trips are always sorted out by Bob, who finds hotels, plans activities, and also finds pubs to visit and plots routes between them.

Our hotel is just opposite the Minster, facilitating this rather splendid shot that I took this afternoon, but in the morning we took a walk around the wall, before enjoying lunch at a couple of pubs down by the river.

I'm not sure that there's much more to report, other than that those weren't the only pubs we visited, and that I had a very happy day in Bob and Ash's company.
