one more day

Not quite sure why but fancy coloured medicine always seems much more effective than plain old white pills.
I am less impressed with the choke a Hippo size of them, I am and always have been rubbish at taking tablets, the children seem to think the best policy would be to wrap me in a large blanket and turn me upside down,pop the pill in between my teeth and hold my nose till it's gone.

They are quite keen to try this, however since I am now almost better I think perhaps such dramatic measures might not be required.
