Hot chilli soy sauce

I was wondering where I bought my super-duper Chinese chilli oil from because I was envisioning finishing the jar without knowing where to get more.

I went to Sainsbury’s after Tesco this week – they have stuff that Tesco doesn’t – like my Chinese chilli oil! I got a couple of other jars along with a bottle of hot chilli soy sauce.

I used the soy sauce today for the first time; I wanted to know how hot it was before I used it, so I dabbed my fingertip in a dish of it. The chilli made its presence felt.
