When records differ

Sarah started today and there was no formal handover. When it was medication time. One record differed from another...which caused a problem. Fortunately S took my word as Gospel first having checked back with iuliana.
I have to say this new company isn't as organised as the previous.. Oh dear
My sleep and eating patterns are way off. I can't eat and I can't sleep, this has been going on for 3-4 days.. Starting to worry..
