A sunflower snack

Another grey damp day.  There were plenty of birds in the garden including a long tailed tit and a confrontation between wood pigeons for the female - lots of strutting and posing was involved!

I left the seedheads in the garden in the hope that the birds would eat them.  Today I spotted a goldfinch on a sunflower and got a shot through the kitchen window.  There was also a wren pecking around my clematis - photo is my extra.
