Nesting

While we were out walking this morning we got a text to advise that the washing machine engineer was on his way so we had to speed up and miss coffee on our way back.

The machine requires new parts so another appointment once the parts arrive. Therefore, I washed some smaller items by hand and hung them outside to drip and dry a little.

The silly pigeons are building another nest in our hedge. They do this every year (sometimes twice a year) and the magpies attack the nest every year. We have never seen any young survive. Fingers crossed for this year.
