Adverse weather conditions

I thought I would be blipping something spectacular from Tremenheere sculpture gardens, as my sister and I were all set to spend most of the day down near Penzance having lunch and enjoying the garden and sculptures.
We were all ready to go, in our minds there's no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothing But at 9am they decided not to open due to the adverse weather conditions.
I took the dogs out earlier and the local river was pretty full, you can see in the middle photo the river flowing over the old stone bridge.
The dogs were so muddy, when we got home they both had to be hosed down and wrapped up in their towelling robes.
