Notice

The people at the community garden project where we start the Health Walk have been painting new signs.
It felt like Spring today and the walk round the park was very pleasant.
Cafe was very busy and nearly everyone arrived in the first 15mins, fortunately no-one was in a big hurry. It's nice to hear the buzz from the kitchen.
After a short snooze when I got home (I woke about 5.30am and couldn't get back to sleep, at least the birds were singing nicely) and some admin, I had a muddy run in the woods and Mr Rat cooked the tea.
