Blue sky afternoon ... at last!

Washing outside on the line - how fantastic!

As I pegged the washing out, I realised with this first bit of sun, how much sunnier the garden is, since our new neighbours removed the enormous tree that has cast shade over our garden for more than 10 years.

I can now put my washing out without it being splattered within minutes by the birds.
