Going over

I rushed this - just nipped out at 8pm to grab a pic in the garden.

I'd spent some time trying to 'focus stack' a decent picture of one of those orchids you buy for next to nothing at Tesco's. But I was deeply unhappy with the result - just not sharp enough. Is it my own eyesight, which can't see well enough to focus closely? Was it just a poor specimen? Was I hoping for too much? Mind you, I've not cracked how to edit in Aperture 3 yet, so there may be hope... sometime!

Never mind. I'll try again - and again - and again...

Meanwhile, this specimen of Primula Victoria Lace, though now past its best, has given us pleasure for a week or more.
