Better Laid Plans

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Today was our last full day with Feefs! She has got into the habit of waking up early so we can watch "The Last of Us" together. 

She loves the show but I had only managed to fit in episode one.

"WE HAVE TO WATCH EPISODE THREEEEEE!!!" she told me. 

Well, so today we watched episode three. And I feel I have to tell you, it was so NOT what I was expecting. I was a bit squirrelly about this show because meh, I'd seen the first two seasons of "The Walking Dead" and got bored with it.

I'm not anti-zombie. But they can be a little wearing.

"The Last of Us" is another zombie show but episode three features very little zombie action. Almost no action at all in fact. It was a sweet love story that ended in an entirely unexpected way with no murder, zombie or otherwise. 

I WAS IN TEARS

"I knew you'd love it," said Feefs with satisfaction. 

After this, Caro and Feefs watched tv and hung out together and we were all very happy. Feefs said she was happy I was there and that our best laid plans had gone awry. 

"And now we have better laid plans!" she concluded.
