Susi & Stefan

Visit day - Susi & Stefan had a day free today and came to visit "Auntie Angie" (Stefan's Mum, Sigi, is Angie's sister). Stefan was born in Munich, raised in Geisenfeld, the hop growing area and works in Munich. Susi is also from the area around Regensburg / Ingolstadt, not only an important area for Audi but also for BMW for whom Susi once worked.
Was a horrible wet cold day, we even had to turn on the heating. They had wanted to ride down on their motorbikes (Susi:-Honda 600 Hornet - Stefan BMW F650) but due to the weather opted for the Susi's bad weather car (in the Blip). To make matters worse, Susi has for several years been allergic to all animal fur, pollen etc. She filled herself up with drugs before coming & survived despite being couped up inside with dogs & cats milling around.
Despite all this, was great having them & a very pleasant day, hopefully to be repeated if we have a summer this year. Weather forecast is saying snow down to 700meters at the weekend - we are just over 600! By the way the Blip today is to highlight the bee hives in the background. The car was simply in the way & I was in no way envious.
