Black for Black

Im doing a 3 to 4 hr drive tomorrow to go and see my Mother. Sadly, one of the agency staff did not follow protocol and roughly handled her during a night shift, leaving bruising on her arms. Angry and sad that this is the disrespect shown to a human being in their late 80s. Unfortunately my brothers have covid and although things have been discussed on the phone, she needs to see one of us. Im so proud of her for telling the manager despite how scared she must have felt. I know this because its not the first time an incident has happened and she was afraid to speak up for fear of repercussions. This time she did and I know how much courage that must have took. Well done Mam I'll see you soon.
