Wild Garlic

It was quite lovely at lunchtime at work, so the campus beckoned! I watched a woodpecker drinking from the stream, I nearly stepped on a rabbit and laughed at the 4 moorhen chicks who cheeped after their parents for food.

But what really struck me was the wild garlic that lines the stream which runs through the campus. It looked beautiful and, if you like garlic, smelt divine!!

So here's my shot of wild garlic. I preferred this single floret against the backdrop of the stream.
