It's happened

Like I thought it would. Letter arrived this morning.
Nearest branch for me would be Newcastle.
Serves me right for complaining about the staff.
Funnily enough only last week I came across an article about their staff.
One person wrote to the CEO with a complaint but heard nothing.
The building society next to it closed recently.
I need to withdraw my millions soon.
