I’m going through old photos to find shots of Dad for the funeral and this is Mum with Grandad & Grandma just after the war. She’d not seen her Dad for 6 years as he made his way from Mansfield Woodhouse to Scotland to Egypt to Italy and then back to home. .

She’s been an absolute brick for Dad. We all love her so much.
