Japanese style poke
This style of lunch is so refreshing and a great way to increase the variety of vegetables in your diet.
For good gut health you are recommended to eat at least 30 different plant varieties a week. Having a look we've got: sesame seeds, red cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, barley (in the form of miso), quinoa, cherry tomatoes, yuzu, cucumber, avocado, edamame beans, lotus root. That's 12 to start with.
