muddy waters

Up early to go and see the river...it was up higher than I've ever seen it before! Pretty impressive.

The neighbouring fields were totally sodden...hence the muddy boot. Never thought I'd be wearing wellies in May in the South of France.

Had a feast with Joan, Carrie, mum and dad and the girls in the afternoon. Fried up some Marseille panisses for an apéritif - delicious.
