this ‘grass’ is growing in the garden next to the bird feeders….as weeding doesn’t get done it’s nice to see it grow…:)

after my quiet time i did.a lot of admin, had lunch and went to the workshop: fit4life, where we were taught lots of info about preventing falls…..and how to get op safely on and off the floor …..
There was an opportunity to practice, only one other lady and me took the opportunity….and i must say getting down on the floor safely is almost as hard as getting off it…..it was really hard work but i am so glad to have had the opportunity…!
