Spring-like Stourhead

It was perfect Spring weather for a stroll at Stourhead this morning. We walked half way around the lake then took a detour up the valley to the source of the River Stour, marked by the folly in the extra.

We had to go a bit off piste and climb a wooden fence to get back into the grounds again before heading back to the cafe for lunch.

It was all looking very photogenic but couldn’t look past the classic Stourhead shot for the main blip.

We managed to negotiate tonight’s Keep Fat without any hospital visits.
