Wet.

Very wet school pick up run. Luckily it did stop raining once we'd picked all three up, and on our walk home.

Drove out to a flooring specialist. It was in the middle of nowhere, and had it been a better day, we could have enjoyed the beautiful setting. Without the 'tip off' of this place, there is no way you would find it. Lots of space to show the tile samples, all nicely laid in approx 3 metre square areas on the floor. So much easier to choose, and I think we have decided which to go for. Without the flooring we can't choose anything else for the house, as it all hinges on the floor colour. The whole of downstairs (apart from the lounge) will be in the same tile, as will the patio. Hoping it will look good, and spacious! Scary stuff making these decisions.
