Rainy day

The dogs had the right idea this morning.
But once I had my running kit on they couldn't wait to get out.
Cardinham woods and the rain just wouldn't ease, the dogs didn't care they just kept choosing the steepest routes. I didn't mind as I needed a longer hillier run, and it was good to push my poor legs before the DOMS set in after last night's TRX session.
We would normally do about 3 miles but ended up doing 5.3.
