Broken Laptop...

Ruben's laptop has stopped working lucky it's under extended warranty... We took it back to where we bought it and apparently they don't use that company for their extended warranty any more so we have to contact the extended warranty company directly and deal with them... I had to package it up securely and send the laptop to them and once they receive it they have 30 days to fix it... Luckily we keep important items boxes as it made it so much easier to pack it up... It was tracked and they did send an email to say they'd received it... Now we wait...
