Bonsai Size
There was sunshine this morning and having visited the Japanes Garden in Den Haag earlier this week I thought it wise to pick up mum and take her for a walk thro' the park & Japan garden in the park.
We were not alone there, altho' the cold temps did keep out the usual busloads of admirers.
The cold weather makes most plants and bushes hesitant...... many of them have their buds on show since a week or so and some buds are big like about to open up and show the flower, but they don't do this yet! And lots of buds are still poorly underdevelopped at this time of year; they can't produce nice flowers anymore.
Some Azalea bushes flower fully like this one that I blipped here and they are the true Bonsai bushes ~ I suppose their energy is so concentrated that's why they manage to withstand the ever present cold (10°C today) + wet climate . Their beauty is a real pleasure to all who see it:))
And now2 hours after return home clouds filled the skies already & rain poors out from them.
There are 10 days left to go and see the Japanese Garden in Den Haag, wouldn't it be lovely to do that on a warm sunny day:)
