Off we go...

...or Jussi goes. I still had to mount the plough on the small tractor before I could start out with it to clear some smaller roads and yards. We had changed the snowblower to the big tractor, as the snow was dry and the banks by many roads are becoming a problem with the plough. It had snowed more or less all day, but most of it came in the evening, and with hard wind.

While there wasn't much snow in the afternoon, I thought it would be a good time to do some maintenance. I happened to notice that the driveshaft of the snowblower was stuck. After taking a closer look, I realized that the inner tube was bent and it could have expensive consequences, if we continue using it. No time to repair it before it was needed, but luckily the driveshaft of the baler is the same size (as sturdy) though longer. I wasn't sure the length would fit after just measuring it, but it did, so problem solved for the time being.
