Notes: Woke around 7a, did qigong and yoga. Checked out more of Dr Berg's info over coffee then walked to Dollar General - east on the busy road about 1.2 mi each way - was looking for Goo Gone to clean the kitchen lights. Decent and well-kept store but they were out of it so was more a noisy high traffic walk than anything but had a good amount of cloud cover and breeze. Still was quite warm when I got back to headed to pool and cooled off a bit. Back and cleaned the shower then and went ahead and took mine. Made chicken salad for lunch, put on romaine leaves - quite good!
