I’ve had a bit of a battle today. I’d made a Greek Salad for dinner last night and it seems as though both feta & tomato together weren’t a good idea and that I’m still somewhat Histamine intolerant. I can eat them on their own though, so that’s encouraging. My enthusiasm needs to be reined in for a bit longer!
I ended up feeling really weary and nearly nodded off in Book Club. Oops! It was a great session though and I doubt that anyone noticed.
