Dinner by Thomas

In order to achieve his silver chief scout award Thomas had to complete a personal challenge. He decided it should be cooking related and we decided to do a roast dinner with Eton mess (fresh meringue) it was a long day but he did it all and was really pleased with himself at the end. Dinner for 9 served!
