Happy 50th Birthday

Today was the day that K's parents came home from his mum's 50th birthday holiday.

K's auntie and cousins came round in the evening to blow up balloons and put banners up with us and K's brothers.

Earlier in the day we had been to Hallmark to get the helium balloons. Don't think K had ever been asked so many questions in relation to colour co-ordination between balloons, foil balloons, ribbon and the weight - don't think in future he'll be volunteering to collect balloons again =)

When K's parents came home, his mum was met with this pink and blue balloon welcome and all of us jumping out of various doorways in the semi-dark shout surprise - which I think woke them up after a long day of travelling!
