Who are you?

This photo reminded me of those mentoring activities where you get a picture with loads of people in different positions and doing different things with different expressions on their faces and the mentee has to choose which one they feel like today…

Are you the one in your own world way at the back? One of the ones chatting happily in the middle of the group? Or one at the front on a mission? Or, for this audience - perhaps the one off to the side observing and taking a photo!
