Charlton parkrun volunteers

At Charlton parkrun on the second Saturday of each month we have a batch of volunteers who act as pacers. Before the start, Gavin took some photos of them all. I was a marshall today.

Later, I drove up to St Lawrence Bay in Essex to see my Mum. Because of my flu episode over Christmas, I hadn't been able to see her, so took this opportunity to travel up. Had lunch in the Star at Steeple.
