Mugdock Country Park

I was surprised when I opened the curtains, to see a good covering of snow on the Campsie hills this morning. Turned out to be a beautiful sunny morning so we went for a walk at Mugdock, haven’t been up there in quite some time. 
More than half way into our walk, I noticed a set of keys lying on the path, car and house keys. After much deliberation we decided to leave them where they were in case the person who had lost them was retracing their steps. About 20 minutes later, as we were nearing the car park, we met a couple of women with children looking anxious, they had just got back to their car to find they had no keys. At least we were able to point them in the right direction, I only hope someone else hadn’t decided to take them somewhere else!
