Washed out

We went to sleep to the sound of rain and woke up to it too. Soul did what he could before we sent him home

My Bookclub was postponed because the host has an upset tummy. Arnie’s tennis was cancelled because the courts were waterlogged. I did a bit of shopping but failed to get inspiration for Arnie’s birthday gifts. We watched The Banshees of Inisherin, stuck it out but well, that’s an hour or so we won’t get back.

It’s just been that sort of day.
