Born today
I have recently planted a dwarf Tibouchina in my front garden and I noticed this morning the first flower. It certainly looks new and unblemished. I am so pleased as it is a spot in the garden I have not had success with. It will be awhile before I will need to control its growth with pruning. Apparently it flowers well during autumn which is the season we are presently in in Australia.
The rest of the day has been a quiet day at home with some washing and crocheting. The village atmosphere is very quiet today. Hardly a soul around and hardly a sound.
