Chaos and Conflict on the Culvert

Another guest photographer, this time s-i-l Doug. And, he got this shot despite my lack of thinking. Every time I go to this pond, I bump up my ISO speed because it is quite dark, but it never even entered my mind to do it. So, he took this "action" shot with my new 400mm lens at 1/320 of a second. I should have at least upped the ISO to 800. Oh well. Lesson learned.

On top of the picture-taking problems, we had a very lackluster garage sale morning, but Merrick did get his wish to go to the Red Barn Flea Market, where he bought an autographed New England Patriots jersey.

A good day, ending with ribeye steaks on the grill.
