Faithful Hound

Basil was very bemused when I arrived home. He has stayed very close to me ever since although very quiet.

I had a very warm and cosy night in my new bed. Basil didn't hesitate to jump up this morning.

He recognised Helen's voice when she came to visit this afternoon running to meet her. She has been walking him while I've been in hospital.
