Sunset silhouette

The weather today has been beautiful - no wind, blue sky. We had some rain yesterday, and last night after much thunder and lightning, more rain fell. Sadly not very much, but we are grateful for every drop.
This afternoon I played canasta, and we enjoyed watching the sunset while having a glass of wine to end the afternoon. As a finale, an owl flew into the tree nearby and sat silently taking in the evening scene. A pleasant Saturday.
