THE CONTORTIONIST.

Managed a four mile walk this morning along the canal in pretty grey weather, but just so nice to get out, before the rain. Mr extra is of the cormorant who had just swallowed a fish. I thought his colour looked so different in the light. The other extra is of the swan in her nest which is muddy and surrounded by rubbish. The nice man who helps her each year was on his way this morning to get a big bag of dry reeds for her. What a hero.
Not too sure if I will have my pizza tonight, but definitely will not be having a G&T.
PS My blip is one of last years cygnets.
