It's a Duck

Last week in Saigon - several meetups scheduled at one good bye party had this great beast served. The skin was used in spring rolls, the bones with a garlic sauce munching like on good juicy ribs, and the flesh chopped up into consistency of rice melange with some corn. All in all this Beijing duck was eaten to its bones - and what better way than to end this stay with this.

Beers were consumed, shisha was inhaled, cosmopolitans were degusted and we took a ride home in the car of a military man - all in - what a great night!
