Election Day
It’s state election day in NSW. Electoral boundaries were recently redrawn and we are now in Newtown, a safe Greens seat. The conservative Liberal government might well lose to Labor.
Extra: Camdenville Public School had a longer line for the democracy sausage (vegan and halloumi options) than to vote. At midday the cake stall had been decimated but real coffee was still available. All proceeds go to new playground equipment.
A quiet night in watching the election coverage. Update: At 8pm it’s a Labor win, but not clear if it’ll be a majority.
