Gluten free

My Fred has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. We’ve been scrambling to manage it all and tonight I’ve taken a breather to conjure up a couple of gluten free banana loaves. They’re not as pretty as the gluten full loaves I’m accustomed to, but they’ve got a decent whiff right out of the oven. He’s about to test the result. Standby ….
