Home Sweet Home

Our pair of ospreys were on the nest this morning when we got up. They have only been together a few years as one of the mates died a few years ago. They have only had one successful hatching so far together and one of the three chicks did not make it. This year I have high hopes since they arrived together and went right to work repairing the nest. Their return is my most favorite part of spring...a very happy day indeed. Hope yours was too!
