Perfect, just perfect.

We were unaware that a team of people filled the hole with resin early this morning. Nobody knocked. Our neighbour popped over for something unrelated about 10ish and raised our awareness of the deed. Could not believe the mismatch!

After emailing the ‘reinstatement team’, I received a call to apologise and to say they were quite mystified why their usual protocols have not been followed. They promised to correct the situation. Let’s hope they knock next time!
