Friday

I phoned the Dr at 8am and got an appt at 10am. I was a bit worried about my chest pain and heart palpitations and that it was a side effect from medication that I am taking for a physical ailment. The medication was also not fixing the problem. Turns out I was right and have to stop it. I got checked over and my heart is beating a little fast. I am to change to a 1 day tablet to try and fix my issue but it can't be taken with my anti depressant due to causing problems with the heart, so am to miss day tomorrow.  Feeling a bit apprehensive. 

Walked over the park later on to the library; Returned a book, picked a new one.
