Cannon Hall

Last day of our holiday today, so time to journey home.

We first called at part of the Monsal Trail and had a walk along the old railway line which is now a cycle and walking track.  We also looked at some lime kilns near the path.

We then drove to Cannon Hall (via Ladybower Reservoir) for a lovely sausage sandwich and then had a walk around the grounds, and a wander around the house.  The house was free, but I think we were the only people inside apart from the staff.

Then it was back up the motorway to home.
