Darleys

Darleys restaurant with Lisa. A lovely setting by the River Derwent, it is nice to watch the river rushing by.

Goats cheese, pine nuts, tomatoes and brown sugar. Sea bass, leek and mashed potato. I somehow managed apple and apricot frangipane with pear and cardamom sorbet.

Didn’t have room for dinner later on.
