Marley

We decided to break up the tortuous long flight to Italy with a brief stay in New Jersey. I was born and raised in Newark, and after a brief stint at Rutgers University left the state forever. But, this is where my family still resides and so I visit whenever I can. We are staying with my brother and his wife for a few days. Marley is my brother’s beloved dog. Marley is feeling the effects of his 14 years - his eyesight is failing and he totters about a bit slower, but he is as sweet as ever. We are best friends — I know this because he runs around me holding his stuffed lambykins.
