One challenge after another

Good day today. Lots of smiles and laughter amongst the work. It was a welcome change to drive to the Sevenoaks office rather than commute to London.

Tomorrow I'm participating in something called the Leadership Challenge (no, I'm not sure either). The joining instructions indicate that I should bring a 'meaningful personal item' to help discuss my leadership journey. Dear oh dear.

It's 23:10 and having rehearsed my best "my dog ate my homework" speech I've decided to play the game. I'm taking my K2B medal I earned from coming 1329th (ish) in my mega-hypothermia-inducing yomp 10 days ago. I may not have been an elite athlete but I don't care. I'm proud anyway.

So this'll do the job, right?? I'll let you know.
