More Company

Look who showed up to visit us for 6 days. It's grandson Merrick and s-i-l Doug. We picked them up after swim class this morning at just after 10 a.m.

We quickly got tickets to go see our Detroit Tigers baseball team, who were playing the Baltimore Orioles in Sarasota, Florida. It was a night game, starting at 6:05 p.m. The Tigers got behind early, but battled back to tie the game in the 9th inning at 8-8. In spring training, they do not play any extra innings, so the game ended there.

In the extras, Merrick tried his hand at a pitching machine that showed how fast he could throw.
