Off again and I could not get out of my bed.

Eco daughter and I headed down the coast for a Juno walk.

It was a cracking day and eco daughter was great company.

The sea was calm with only a white gutting shelter of a small trawler and a small white sail triangle breaking the seascape. Terns dived on the sheltered waters and the eiders floated.

We headed back and had lunch before we met up with eco mum. Eco daughter to stables and eco mum and I to her plot.

Raspberries planted another 2 plots completed.

Tea with the ladies.

A pal popped up with jars, it was good to catch up and chat.

Eco mum came home with a gumtree bargain, fun ahead.
